Using a Short-Term Accommodation Platform (Air BnB, Stayz, etc.)
Your local Council may regulate short-term accommodation usage. This means that you may need to make an application to use your property as short-term accommodation, including listing your property on Air BnB, Stayz, and similar platforms.
There may be costs associated with this such as changes to your rates notice, or an application fee.
